Eastern Fretted Instrument Repair School Housing Information
Upon enrollment in the repair course at the Eastern School of Fretted Instrument Repair, if housing will be needed during your semester, an admissions representative will connect with you to review in depth details of what your specific housing needs will be in comparison to the local availability.
The schools facility is located in the heart of Freehold Township, Monmouth County NJ. Conveniently located on New Jersey’s well-known Route 9, the school is directly accessible to all major shopping areas, various share room rentals, studio apartments, house rentals, complexes offering month to month leases in addition to having close to 24/7 mass transit service available through an easily accessible NJ Transit Bus and Rail line. The school is also conveniently located just a short distance from the Jersey Shore which has several beautiful historic beach towns which offer the advantage of spectacular properties for substantially reduced winter rental rates as well as availability!
Our admissions director will help coordinate the entire transition process from your initial contact with the school all the way through graduation. We have been fortunate enough to have run several previously successful semesters using established landlord/property owners. Recent students staying in these facilities have had their own private rooms equipped with Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom with other students if both rooms are taken, full access to a kitchen, cooking, and laundry amenities.
Average rental rates will vary between locations and personal eligibility. Average shared room rental rates will run between $400 – $600 per month, an average studio apartment rental runs about $600-$1000 month, and any rental with 1+ bedroom will be $1000+.
